a lady who used to work with frogs and RAG heart-shaped rug. Does anyone know how to do this?
I could make almost any way you might need and have bits of fabric and tie them together to create shapes. I want to learn these projects to do with my children usually do things at craft fairs and give the money to foster care. As I work for DHS and I thought it would be a good idea to raise money for Christmas for these children.
One way is to: scrap fabric cut into strips approximately equal rectangular. duration depends on the desired thickness carpet. taking a strong rope or twine or raffia. join these bands around the chain - node is sufficient. When you've done a few, press Return to set a tight / tight formation. keep all nodes on the bottom and ends up in bulk, like a carpet. continue to desired length. coils, then start the chain of knots and tacks in the form you want. The easiest, of course, a circle, square, oval, rectangle. Other reasons, make a cardboard cut paper or in the form and line the chain to cover the entire area and saddlery. if a coil is difficult, not lines - front and rear. I hope it helped. Is a great project to do with children. can even do it while watching TV or just talking. and not even need to coordinate the colors. only continue to gather and knots. If you feel you can add a layer of fabric / stick / burlap to the bottom after the project is done to hide the knots.
