tolerance of proteins and acid reflux! Formula 800 a month?

My one month old has a severe case of acid reflux and intolerance protein. It took three weeks to calculate as out.after change the formula so many times and always vomiting, crying constantly, blood in the stool. I mean that was so bad. poor! Well, she got this formula called Neocate is very expensive to run about $ 45 and can last about four days. Well, she needs so bad it may have no alternative, and wrote to his doctor for a prescription for her and she has taken where you get the formula I was told that the insurance company to cover it. Well, I hope they are not eligible to WIC because I do not know how we will pay 800 month for the formula. Is what I can do if the aid is usually insurance company?
